Guest scores & sentiment

Guests consistently praise the intimate, tranquil atmosphere, exceptionally friendly staff, excellent beachside location, and spotlessly clean modern rooms. Breakfast and garden terrace receive standout acclaim. Minor drawbacks include occasional street noise, some bedding comfort issues, limited foreign language skills among staff, and a small pool that can fill quickly. Overall, the stay is highly satisfying.

Standing out for its location right on the seafront, the chef in charge of this restaurant, Moisés Vega, champions a creative cuisine with a large selection of appetisers, fish, meats... and several rice dishes (’Señoret’ (peeled seafood), Seco de gambas (dry rice with prawns), Marinero (seafood), and more). It offers wonderful views of the sea and the coastline, whether you eat on the terrace or inside in the dining room!

The culinary focus in this family-run restaurant, the name of which refers to a type of condiment commonly found in the Middle East, is on local, market-fresh ingredients. The chef, who developed his skills working alongside culinary maestros such as the late Santi Santamaría, offers a varied menu based on classic dishes with contemporary touches and even Wagyu beef from Empordà! Although there is no lack of fish dishes, there is a good selection of different meats among the main courses.
