It's hidden away behind locked gates in a city centre courtyard and everyone is greeted at 7pm by the infectiously enthusiastic chef-owner. Seasonal ingredients feature on a highly personalised tasting menu which cleverly blends the old and the new. Flavours are memorable, sauces are a highlight and the chef describes every dish with heartfelt passion. The price also includes a carefully curated selection of drinks featuring many local biodynamic and organic wines.

In warmer weather, these are best enjoyed in the enclosed courtyard, along with a bottle or two from the proudly Hungarian wine list.
