The hotel is located in the Barrio Manantiales in front of Lake Argentino, 2 km or 5 minutes by car from a shopping centre and 200 metres from Principal Avenue. The centre of El Calafate is about 2 km away. Los Glaciares National Park is about 80 km from the establishment. The complex has 43 squares that are divided into 8 parts, an apartment and a cottage.
