Hotel San Nazario

Situated in the historic centre near the ceramic museum (some of its pieces are also on display in the restaurant), Bino Ricchebuono boasts an attractive outdoor space in a charming small square. Michelin-starred chef Ricchebuono from Noli is the brains behind this restaurant, which serves fish and meat dishes prepared with a touch of creativity.

Recently opened in the renovated section of Corso Italia in central Savona, Quintogusto is a small, contemporary and minimalist-style restaurant occupying one side of the former hospital. Here, the owner-chef (once sous-chef at the excellent Michelin-starred Il Vescovado in Noli) cements his reputation with Ligurian-influenced cuisine to which he adds his own modern and imaginative touches.
