早餐分日式和西式，均是套餐。参见下面的图。
1）酒店在京都站有个接待处，可以免费送行李往返酒店，不过有时间限制。2）住三付二是按免最后一晚算的，周末和非周末的价格可能差异很大，建议订之前先查好。

There’s no point in cooking, says Kenya, if it doesn’t make the food tasty. Bringing fun and happiness to guests is important above all. Rice and sake both come from Aomori, where the chef comes from. His character reveals itself in his face when he lifts the lid on a pot of freshly steamed rice. Western music, classical music and Showa-era ballads are chosen to suit the cuisine, expressing the joy of good cooking as if weaving a tale. Flavours are fun here.

Next to Shimogamo Shrine, surrounded by the Tadasu-no-Mori forest, lies Kyokaiseki Kichisen. The chef, a devotee of Japanese cuisine and the performing arts, built a ryotei on this spot. Respectful of Kyoto traditions, menu items are accompanied by charming details. Lids of soup dishes are emblazoned with dew, expressing freshness. Tuna sashimi is arrayed like a sea of clouds, creating a fairytale-like scene. Serving dishes of Kyoyaki ceramics, garnished with fresh-cut flowers, beguile the eyes. Ramen Touhichi’s signature soy-sauce ramen uses dashi made only with locally raised free-range chicken and water, mixing it with raw soy sauce kaeshi. Other offerings include richly flavoursome chicken boiled in plain water, cold noodles soaked in kombu dashi soup served with dipping sauce of chicken soy sauce, and chicken-oil noodles served without soup. ‘Touhichi’ is named after the house where the chef was born. Founded as an antique store, the shop is still decorated with old pottery. ‘Temarizushi’, little sushi balls served in thin cardboard boxes, are as cute as wagashi confections. Seafood and vegetables for sushi are crafted with great care as well. Sea bream is marinated in kombu, shiitake mushrooms are simmered slowly in dashi. Kyoto food culture is woven into the entire menu, as shown by simmered bamboo shoots served in spring and pickled sliced radishes called ‘senmaizuke’ offered in winter. The restaurant is open from morning onwards; for dinner seating, reservations are required.
