This is the second restaurant run by Florian Kellerbauer in the historical centre of Dinkelsbühl. Housed in a former bank, a short walk from his Altdeutsches Restaurant, the chef-patron has created a dining experience centred on "Heimat" cuisine. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients take pride of place in the seasonally inspired dishes.
