Can you imagine being able to enjoy special, different accommodation? The Hotel Sol Boutique is a small 4-star hotel, with charm and exclusive design, located in the heart of Santander and with all the services at your fingertips. A few meters from the Carmelite Church, it occupies the space of two restored 19th-century mansions, Villa Carmina and Villa Rosa María. The buildings, now converted into a hotel, are part of the protected heritage of the city. We could say that it is the closest thing to a jewel that houses true works of art inside.

The restaurant, which boasts two attractively arranged dining rooms (one with a bar and the open kitchen at its centre), has built its reputation on carefully selected ingredients as well as unpretentious yet honest cooking.
