Located on the coastal outskirts of Renesse, our 4-star hotel sits on the historic Moermond estate, home to the 17th-century Moermond Fort and Orangery. The estate boasts 43 hectares of protected grounds, including a stunning driveway leading to the moated fort. (Guests are accommodated in the hotel, not the fort. ) Enjoy the hotel's restaurant in the monumental Orangery, serving lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner. A terrace offers drinks and lighter fare. Mornings begin with a delicious breakfast buffet. Guests can relax in the sauna and plunge pool (€15 per person) or enjoy a game on the two boules lanes. While the estate offers tranquility and natural beauty, the lively resort of Renesse and the North Sea beaches are within walking distance, providing ample opportunities for entertainment.

Guests appreciate the beautiful natural setting, quiet location, and friendly staff with good breakfast. Main complaints involve outdated room facilities (no AC/fridge), hygiene issues in some rooms, and misleading website photos showing the castle while accommodation is in a separate building.
