Quinta da Casa Branca is a modern design boutique hotel set in the heart of a beautiful botanical garden near the center of Funchal among the lush gardens of an old garden estate and away from the bustle of the city. Its 43 rooms feature a private terrace (some on the ground-floor) opening onto a lush botanical garden, home to an abundance of various tropical trees, plants and a banana plantation spanning a total of 28, 150 m2. At Quinta da Casa Branca, there are two buildings set apart from the modern design boutique hotel. Positioned at the lower level of the property in front of the Hotel, lies an elegant and luxurious Manor House housing 5 Luxury Manor House Suites. This part of the estate was formerly the private residence of the family who own the hotel, former Madeira Wine merchants.
