Here, the cooking has been taken back to basics, with the focus placed squarely on the first-rate regional produce. The cuisine of Felix Messner – who runs the restaurant together with his brother Florian – is inspired by Austria and Vorarlberg. Ingredients are sourced in the region, the fruit and vegetables are predominantly organic or grown by neighbouring farmers, and a nose-to-tail approach is applied to all produce.
