Cornelia Fischer, who heads up the kitchen at the fine dining restaurant of the splendid Althoff Seehotel Überfahrt, is by no means a rookie when it comes to running a kitchen. Most recently head chef at Zur Schwane in Volkach, she is now showcasing her contemporary take on classic cuisine here at Überfahrt.
