Penina Hotel & Golf Resort is a stunning family and golf hotel set within the beautiful Algarve countryside. Just 7km from the picturesque Alvor beach and village, the hotel has excellent transport links for Faro International Airport and the magnificent Monchique Mountain range. We are close to the historic town of Portimão on the beautiful Algarve coast, where you can enjoy a range of watersports and boat trips. You can also visit the stunning lagoon at the nearby Ria de Alvor nature reserve, and see world-famous motor racing at the Algarve International Circuit. Our exceptional hotel amenities include a free shuttle to our beach concession area and bar in Alvor, two golf courses - including the Sir Henry Cotton – Portugal’s oldest course.
