This handsome 17C half-timbered house in a picturesque village stands out for its unique architecture – it is one of the few remaining buildings of its kind in the Czech Republic. The attractive interior is minimalist in style and features a rustic wooden ceiling and a distinctive brick floor. Only regional, sustainably sourced ingredients are used in the kitchen, and the menu is intentionally concise.
