Parker The Urban Flats is a building of 46 tourist apartments in the centre of Valencia. They are the ideal accommodation option for families and couples, available for short term rental and long stays thanks to the comfort of their facilities, features, services and excellent value for money. The building also has a 07 - 23h reception desk. The apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, free unlimited Wi-Fi, 32” LED TV with international channels and a cleaning service every 3 days. Parker The Urban Flats are located in a brand-new building in the heart of Valencia, just a 10-minute walk from the City Hall and 200 yards from Àngel Guimerà Metro station. They also enjoy excellent transport connections with the beaches, the City of Arts and Sciences and the Botanical Garden.
