Upon arrival, guests are invited to begin with an aperitif in the refined bar area with its terrace, an ideal setting in which to savour a magnificent island sunset. We are in Anacapri, in its greener and more residential aspect, far from the more intense currents of Capri’s tourist flow. It is here that the Capri Palace, among the island’s most exclusive hotels, provides the introduction to its two-Michelin-starred restaurant, set within a spacious and elegant room that recalls a contemporary salon.
