The pleasant, rustic-style alternative to Bembergs Häuschen has a distinctly cosy feel. The menu features mouthwatering regional classics such as roast Eifel beef with roast potatoes, as well as internationally influenced dishes such as cod with a lemon crunch topping and Chinese cabbage. There are also daily changing specials. The two chandeliers fashioned from bottles are sure to draw the eye! The view through the windowed façade onto the pond is also lovely.

It's clear that Christian and Christa Storch put their heart and soul into running this place. The chef-patron wins over diners with his modern take on classic cuisine. Eschewing any gimmickry, he lays the focus squarely on quality produce and flavour. The lady of the house manages the friendly and attentive waitstaff. Pleasant little terrace to the rear of the building. Decent accommodation options at the hotel.
