Sitting at the border of the provinces of Drenthe and Groningen, this hotel is a great choice for anyone travelling to the area. It is right in the centre of Standskanaal and its guests can reach the fortified town of Bourtange within a 30-minute with cycling, while the Dolmens Centre in Borger and the nature reserves Aa and Hunze are both 30 minutes' drive away. For dining the venue boasts a modern restaurant that serves some of the very best local and international specialities and its a la carte dishes can be enjoyed out on the terrace during the warm summer days. There are also 2 bars for those who want to grab a coffee or are looking for a place where to sip their chilled afternoon cocktail.
