Guests highly praise the warm, professional staff, spotless modern rooms, and apartment-style layout with excellent kids’ facilities. The prime location near Lotte Mall is a major plus. Minor drawbacks include inconsistent bed comfort, bright ceiling lights, direct AC airflow, slower late-night in-room dining response, and the secondary lobby on the 11th floor requiring an elevator transfer.
