Named for the year Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan first arrived on our islands with a Spanish Armada, our story comes full circle 500 years later. We’ve grown into a 53-room de luxe hotel on Mactan Island in the Province of Cebu. 1521Hotel+Spa opens its doors to travelers ready to discover the undisputed Queen City of the South.
