In the small fine dining restaurant at the Adara hotel, modern design and decorative details create a cosy setting with a personal touch. The atmosphere is warm and pleasingly laid back. Chef-patron Julian Karr presents creative cuisine inspired by the seasons and based on select ingredients. There is a five-course surprise menu, accompanied by a fine selection of wines. Tucked away in a small side street of the island's historic centre, this restaurant is housed in a lovely vaulted cellar. In an attractive, modern setting, you can enjoy seasonally inspired cuisine made from high-quality ingredients, presented as an appealing, concise à la carte selection. Service is provided by a friendly team. The intimate courtyard terrace is a pleasant spot, and the wine bar is also a great draw.
