In the Broc Bar, expect snacks and pub classics like haggis bonbons and fish pie, while there's a greater degree of formality in the Stables dining room. On a summer's day, head straight for the sun-trap garden, which also has its own dedicated menu. Throughout, Scottish ingredients and a 'nature-to-plate' philosophy underpin the cooking. They offer a choice of two dishes per course, each prepared with care and pride.
