Pops is the venture of two fledglings who have flown the cosy nest that is La Mare aux Oiseaux, a recognised incubator of talent. At their restaurant set slightly back from the seafront, Corentin Leverger and Océane Maisonneuve pull out all the stops to delight diners with the freshest of ingredients, such as red mullet, monkfish and scallops.
