What was once the town hall is now home to a cosy yet on-trend restaurant that combines contemporary design with the warmth of wood and natural tones. The cuisine is ambitious, creative and modern, but at the same time agreeably down-to-earth. The names of the dishes are original, such as "Feuerstarter" ("Firestarter"): corn-fed chicken pot-au-feu from the charcoal grill, or "Geflüster" ("Whispers"): Ahrenholz catfish fillet, char caviar, pea medallions, leek, elderflower beurre blanc.
