"4* Waterside gold hot tub lodge – 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6. The modern open plan living area has a vaulted ceiling and oak flooring. The living area has a leather suite , a 55″ smart tv and a 6 seater oak dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a center island with integrated breakfast bar.The large patio doors lead out onto private decking with your own hot tub where you can relax and watch the abundance of wildlife on our very own pond.The master bedroom has a double bed and en suite shower room. There is a second double bedroom and a small twin sharing a family bathroom. A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are welcome (charge of £10 per dog per stay)

The patio doors lead out onto private decking with your own hot tub .The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds and there is a family bathroom.

The master bedroom has a double bed plenty of wardrobe space and a dressing table. The small second bedroom has a single bed and a single wardrobe. There is a compact shower room serving these. Sorry no dogs in this lodge.

Mobile Home
Our waterside bronze lodges are our oldest and most basic ,accommodations. If they were quality rated they would achieve a 2 star rating. They are not of an equivalent standard to our other lodges and the interiors are now dated but are priced accordingly. The open plan living area has a leather sofa, a 32″ tv and a small 4 seat dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven , hob, microwave and under counter fridge with freezer compartment .The patio doors lead out onto private decking with your own hot tub where you can relax and watch the abundance of wildlife on our very own pond. The master bedroom has a double bed and there is a twin bedroom both sharing a family shower room.

Our studio self catering lodge offers compact open plan living with patio doors leading out onto private decking with seating area and your own hot tub. The main room in this is also the bedroom. This studio lodge sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. It has a main room consisting of a double bed ,sofa ,small table and chairs . There is a separate bedroom with twin beds. This unit only has a kitchenette consisting of a sink microwave and fridge. There is no oven or hob in this Studio lodge. This lodge is not large enough to fit a family of 5. Pets are accepted in this one room.
