The offering, based entirely on organic, sustainably sourced ingredients, is compelling, particularly delicious, and rooted in local traditions while casting a savvy, curious eye toward the present. Dishes are colorful and very generous; the all-female service team is warm and happy to explain the house philosophy. There’s also a shop where you can stock up on treats before you leave.
