Guests highly praise the prime walkable location, quiet atmosphere, and exceptionally helpful staff. Rooms are consistently clean and comfortable. Main drawbacks include the absence of breakfast and in-room coffee, steep stairs challenging for those with luggage, occasional minor maintenance issues, and occasional neighbor noise. Overall experience is excellent.
