The new residence is located in the eco-friendly Carnolès district, just a 7 minute walk from the town centre and 50 metres from a pebble beach. Modern and environmentally friendly, the residence blends in perfectly with its surroundings. Features such as the window shutters give the building a Provencal look. The luxury apartments boast a wealth of facilities and storage. The large bay windows ensure maximum light and most apartments feature a balcony. The roof of the residence is devoted to relaxation, with a swimming pool and sun terrace. A children's area can be found in the reception lounge. The town centre is a 7-minute walk. Carnolès station in the area serves neighbouring towns: Menton, Monaco, etc.
