Guest scores & sentiment
From 100 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-19
Guests consistently praise the beautifully designed thermal pools, lush natural surroundings, and hearty breakfast, creating a relaxing atmosphere. However, frequent complaints highlight slow check-in processes, basic or outdated room amenities, a cumbersome towel/robe policy, and inconsistent restaurant service. While the core attractions drive satisfaction, operational details and room standards fall short of price expectations.
