Breathtaking 180° views of the Val Venosta provide the theatrical setting for Gerhard Wieser’s culinary talents at this restaurant. The chef’s cuisine is as precise as a Swiss clock yet full of international influences, with ingredients transformed into small masterpieces thanks to impeccable techniques and an elegant flair. His cuisine has solid classic foundations with a contemporary and personalised touch, and a good choice of dishes on the à la carte, plus a tasting menu (“Settepiatti”) which changes every year (as does the ceramic tableware
