This hotel is situated in the heart of Assisi's historic center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It's just 300 meters from the Basilica of Saint Francis and 500 meters from Carlo Acutis Church. Guests enjoy access to Il Frantoio Gourmet Restaurant, named Best Restaurant in Italy in 2022 and 2023 by the Città dell’Olio Association and featured in the Michelin Guide. Our panoramic garden hosts RIBELLE Street Food, named best Street Food in Umbria by the Gambero Rosso Guide. Here, you can savor gourmet sandwiches (with options for celiacs and vegetarians) and enjoy excellent cocktails at sunset. You'll also find Ribelle on Via San Rufino, a short walk from Piazza del Comune. Parking is available on-site for €18. 00 per day, subject to availability. Alternatively, we have an agreement with nearby SABA car parks, such as the 'Giovanni Paolo II' (250 meters away), for €12. 00 per day. We recommend driving to the hotel entrance first to check for on-site availability. While we are located within a ZTL (limited traffic zone), hotel guests are guaranteed access (except for closures due to special events) to unload luggage. Currently, providing your license plate number for ZTL access is not required. Check-in is at 2 p. m. , and check-out is at 11 a. m.
