This recently renovated 5 starred hotel Relais & Châteaux was originally opened in 1950. Set beside the River Yonne, this residence features an award-winning SPA with an indoor pool and a hot tub with panoramic river views. It also boasts a 2 Michelin-star restaurant with extensive wine list of 800 references to accompany the gourmet meals. Guests are given the unique opportunity to participate in a cookery lesson with the Michelin-star chef Jean-Michel Lorain and purchase homemade foie gras and jam in the shop. Offering a refined décor with classic furniture, the guest rooms have a seating area and a minibar. Most of the 22 rooms offer a balcony or terrace with a river view and the spacious bathrooms include a bath. Located in the "Maison de Famille" (our non-classified building – No river view - No air conditioning)10 Traditional Rooms offer you another hospitality concept, maybe slightly simple, but always filled in with a spirit of sophistication, calm and modernity.
