This well-situated, elegant hotel has been run by the same family since it was founded in 1861. During the 1918 signing of the Manifiesto Nacionalista Gallego it played host for a wide range of public events and has maintained its reputation ever since. Located in the city centre, within the UNESCO World Heritage Roman Walls, it is perfectly positioned for exploring the area. Within short walk guests can visit the 12th century Cathedral, which façade features Romanesque, Gothic, Baroque and Neo-classicist elements. In its vicinity one can find a number of excellent restaurants, pubs and many shops. Business travellers will appreciate the modern conference facilities and the hotel-wide WiFi access. Those who are looking for a place where to have a relaxed drink should try the onsite bar, which besides its pleasant atmosphere features an extensive array of wines and liqueurs.
