The atmosphere in the wood-panelled dining rooms is really cosy, the service is very friendly, the cuisine is ambitious and tasty – the emphasis is on regional ingredients and seasonal produce. There is also the appealing Strumbel Bar and a number of extremely well-kept rooms.

This is due in no small part to the international and regional cuisine, which is made with very good, often local ingredients. The service is attentive and charming. In summer, you can dine on simpler fare in the charming courtyard with its vine arbour. There are chic, modern guestrooms and apartments for overnight stays.
