After 33 years, the business has changed hands, but new owners Lukas and Evelyn Christen are committed to keeping the tradition alive. The menu continues to feature both regional and international dishes. Look out for the label "Guets vo hie" on the menu, which indicates the local specialities such as topside beef carpaccio with horseradish, red onions and fried mushrooms.
