This 15th-century palace has been meticulously restored and transformed into a beautiful, 17-room luxury hotel. Located in the historic quarter, opposite the San Esteban Convent and mere steps from Plaza Mayor and the Cathedrals, it offers guests an unparalleled experience. Each room, ranging from 23 to 54 square meters, is individually designed and adorned with 18th-century mirrors and 17th-century tapestries, complemented by sophisticated, individually controlled internet-based music systems. The Don Gregorio Hotel features a large, inviting restaurant, ideal for celebrations and events, with a capacity of up to 150 guests for banquets and private rooms available for smaller meetings of up to 10 people.
