In the open kitchen, the team champions ingredients from Central Switzerland, supplemented by produce from the Alpine region. After 33 years, the business has changed hands, but new owners Lukas and Evelyn Christen are committed to keeping the tradition alive. The menu continues to feature both regional and international dishes.
