New, child friendly, luxurious holiday complex "PRIVÀ Alpine Lodge DLX2", built in 2013, surrounded by trees and meadows. House Equipment: fitness room, playroom, lift, central heating system, massage, child minding available, storage room for skis, sauna (private use), washing machine (private use), tumble dryer (private use). Access & Parking: parking by the house, communal parking. All-season motor access to the house. In winter snow chains necessary. Suitable for wheelchairs. Situation: on the outskirts of Lenzerheide, central, quiet, sunny position in the countryside, at the edge of the forest. View from the apartment of the mountains, the forest and the ski-run. Surroundings of the house: grounds (shared use), lawn (shared use), indoor pool (shared use, heated, length 18 m x width 8 m), paddling pool (shared use), children's playground (shared use), barbecue (shared use).
