You’ll be surprised by the entrance to this restaurant – the door opens into one of the region’s best-stocked butcher’s, delicatessen and general retailer of niche food products. It’s well worth taking time to browse the shelves before making your way to the dining room to the rear, where wine bottles line the walls (the wine cellar is also superb). Meat takes centre stage at Damini, including top-quality meat from the region and further afield.
