Upon entering, guests are welcomed by an evocative crackling fireplace, beside which aged meat is cooked to perfection. The varieties offered come from the world’s finest regions and sustainable farms, including prized wagyu. Chianina naturally takes center stage, but the menu extends to game as well, offering a wide range of authentic flavors.
