Peter Fridén, of YOSO fame, has brought his "New Nordic Japanese Cuisine" to the 17C Alte Kanzlei, the interior of which has been tastefully designed by Axel Vervoordt. In a small side street adjacent to the boutique hotel PURS, this beautiful building houses a chic restaurant decorated in muted tones. In an invitingly lively and modern setting, diners sit at small wooden tables to savour fresh Italian dishes to an apt musical backdrop. Serving up sushi and sashimi, as well as dishes such as shoyu ramen, bao chasu and chicken yakitori, he is dedicated to showcasing Far Eastern flavours. Perfectly suited for sharing, these dishes can also be ordered online to take away. The dining space has a chic urban feel, featuring sleek modern design with a Far Eastern touch.
