Peter Fridén, of YOSO fame, has brought his "New Nordic Japanese Cuisine" to the 17C Alte Kanzlei, the interior of which has been tastefully designed by Axel Vervoordt. In a small side street adjacent to the boutique hotel PURS, this beautiful building houses a chic restaurant decorated in muted tones. Serving up sushi and sashimi, as well as dishes such as shoyu ramen, bao chasu and chicken yakitori, he is dedicated to showcasing Far Eastern flavours.
