Chef Christopher Huhnstock-Kerber presents a modern, seasonal set menu, showcasing predominantly regional ingredients with his own creative touch. Clearly structured and with refined contrasts, harmonious dishes such as "Alpine pasture-raised lamb, onion, apple" or "fermented whey, fennel pollen, dill" stand out.
