To match the greenery of the decoration, the menu focuses on bright, colourful and very seasonal dishes that are as easy to eat as they are to look at – and they are also very well priced. Set within a historical property in a large park just outside of the city, Monte Pacis sees Lithuanian cuisine reinterpreted in a modern and visually appealing way. The owner is a passionate wine-lover and a qualified sommelier, so wine is naturally a highlight, with more than 200 bottles individually and lovingly described.
