In the kitchen, a father-and-son team prepares flavoursome dishes using good-quality ingredients. The menu is divided into two sections: classic Swabian dishes such as Kutteln in Lemberger (tripe cooked in red wine) or house-made Maultaschen, and sophisticated dishes like pan-fried Breton monkfish on parsley root purée in lemon beurre blanc with tomato and spinach, and wild garlic risotto.
