- 以嘉宾轩领班名义提前打电话发邮件问候，我说有江景房的话麻烦升江景，房间里再放一支玫瑰花谢谢，她说没有玫瑰花问我需不需要纪念日布置，我说行。最后升级到了嘉宾轩豪华江景大床
- 环球客送早餐，可以在嘉宾轩或者1楼咖啡厅吃，我们先去嘉宾轩，里面就是一些小冷食简餐，服务员说一楼更丰盛。所以我们去了一楼，但是一楼质量也很一般。没什么可选的。可以点长沙特色扁粉，但是也很一般，它每天就一个浇头，质量参差不齐，可能正好我们吃的两天都很一般....
- 用Hyatt Prive订的。送100美金，嘉宾轩办入住时没主动提，我最后问了一句，她说700块钱可以用在一楼咖啡厅自助 或3楼中餐厅 或客房送餐。理论上是不包税不包服务费的，但是只要总价不到700还是会都抵扣掉（她就是这么说的），最后我们在中餐厅共花了680（含15%服务费），全抵扣了。

- 高级房型售完，只给了49层的半江景房，相当一部分视野被前面的高楼挡住。
- 可以在嘉宾轩或者餐厅用，LD说餐厅的米粉还不错。
- 嘉宾轩下午三点开始提供有限量的茶颜悦色，每人可以拿两杯，先到先得。不过晚上HH就比较鸡肋，味道一般。
