Located in literary Bloomsbury, just steps from the British Museum, we are famous for al fresco dining and wonderfully fun pop-ups. Our chic Leopard Bar offers live jazz, whilst the conservatory is the perfect place to enjoy a traditional Afternoon Tea overlooking peaceful gardens. Each and every one of our guest rooms and suites is elegantly and individually designed, from garden facing rooms and suites, to family studios and multi-bedroom apartments which feature a private entrance and patio. All of our guest rooms are designed with our guests' comfort in mind and include luxury Floris amenities, marble bathrooms and Savoir beds. We are proud to be a part of the family-owned and run Red Carnation Hotel Collection and of our hotel's exceptional heritage. We strive to create the most enriching and rewarding experiences for our guests – which is why they choose to stay with us again and again. The Montague on the Gardens combines the best of two worlds. In front is the British Museum, whilst to the rear there's a serene private garden, cut off from the city by a rectangle of fine Georgian townhouses. Between the two lies The Montague on the Gardens – an intriguing blend of up-to-the-minute city vibrancy and old-world Bloomsbury charm, where guests can expect British hospitality at its finest.
