- 2pm check out was offered by front desk
- 1 level upgrade to corner room with garden view due to marriott gold member status
- in the heart of nob hill! room was nice and larger than expected considering it's in downtown san francisco. A secret outdoor garden is hidden in the middle of hotel was the best spot for coffee time
- as a gold member, i appreciated corner room upgrade and 2pm check out. evening service includes little treats like a postcard and chocolates. loved it!!

- 无升级 （给了个靠近角落的房子，但毫无景色）。FHR说的免费升房因为有行小字说视酒店情况决定，于是就没有了。明明有能看街景的房却偏偏给了一个只能看见酒店院子，毫无景色的房。感觉就像是被降级了一样。
- 订房时说送$100餐饮credit给了（所以总共200）。因为是双人轮流订，第二天重新check in时前台居然想赖掉那200credit！
- 话说这家周六真是人山人海啊，楼下餐厅只开了一个结果排队要等半小时。club里乌压压的人吃的东西需要靠抢。
- 感觉这家根本看不上FHR的客户。只有最基本的FHR要求的福利能满足
