Guests highly praise the warm staff, lagoon-front location, stunning sunsets, and quality half-board dining. The free pontoon, kayaks, and snorkeling stand out. Minor feedback notes some dated rooms, kitchen interference in specific units, higher pricing, and limited breakfast variety.
