Ponce Plaza Hotel & Casino
The Ponce Plaza Hotel & Casino, located in downtown Ponce, seamlessly blends modern design with historical architecture. Its 1882 facade, preserved by the Puerto Rico Institute of Culture, is a testament to its rich history. Originally built by Francisco Roubert, it later housed the Liceo Ponceño, Ponce's first all-girls school. Following years as a commercial property, the Muñoz family meticulously restored it, creating the unique hotel it is today.
