For bookings of 3+ rooms or 7+ nights, different cancellation policies apply: 50% of the total reservation is due 14 days or less before arrival, increasing to 100% within 7 days. For group cancellations (3+ rooms), the total reservation cost is forfeited. Cancellations during a stay incur a charge equal to the subsequent night's rate.
