The cuisine of Felix Messner – who runs the restaurant together with his brother Florian – is inspired by Austria and Vorarlberg. Fantastic ingredients are showcased in delicious dishes such as fillet of char with coriander lentils, ginger and lemon foam, and ricotta gnocchi.
